DAP provide services to people and organization, such as: Recruitment / Head Hunter, Job Placement, Payroll System & HR Administrations, Indonesian Manpower Supplies, HR Consultancy.

HR-Recruitment & General Services

Developed the company to  become the largest supplier of employment in the client PT Home Credit Indonesia with a target of 15 candidates per week.

·         Built a good relationship with PT Home Credit Indonesia in Bandung

·         Selected and conducted the interview prospective Sales Agents for PT Home Credit Indonesia.

·         Recruited 500 sales agent for PT Home Credit Indonesia for placement in various outlets in Bandung area.

·         Conducted interview and recruited District Sales Manager for PT Home Credit Indonesia to be deployed in Bandung area.
